Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy suresh is an Indian actor born on the 17th of October 1992. Her films are mainly produced in Tamil or Telugu, but she also has a role in some Malayalam ones. She received the National Film Award as Best Actress in 2018 for her portrayal of actress Savitri which was in the Telugu film Mahanati. Her other awards comprise three SIIMA Awards, a Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy is born to Menaka G. Suresh, film producer G. Suresh Kumar is a young actress. She started her career as a child performer during the 2000s, and later was back in films following her studies of fashion design. Her debut lead role came in 2013's Malayalam film Geethaanjali. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy took on the first of her Malayalam projects, and then started working on projects in Tamil simultaneously. Although the movie did poorly at the box-office, her debut film was A. L. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2005) that she was in with Vikramprabhu. Because of her hectic schedule for 2015, she was forced to withdraw from films on which she already began working, like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye or Deekay's Kavalaivendam. Within a brief period she also worked alongside Sivakarthikeyan on Rajini Murugan, Remo and she also acted as the lead for Prabhu Sool's Thodari with Dhanush. Her Telugu debut was planned to be titled Ainaa Ishtam nuvvu. It was delayed since 2015 and reports suggest it would be released in September, 2020 with the name of Janakitho Nenu. Subsequently, the first film to debut was in 2016's Nenu Sailaja featuring actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy was first seen on screen in Bairavaa (directed by Bharathan) alongside actor Vijay.
